Calvert Hall sophomore defenseman Erik Evans has committed to play Division I lacrosse at The Ohio State University.

Why did you choose OSU? “I liked the athletic and academic facilities, and the campus. I also liked the coaching staff, their family mentality, and their commitment to help their players succeed both academically and athletically.”
What is your HS team’s outlook for the season? “Our outlook is to keep improving as a team, win an MIAA championship and prove that we deserve to be the #1 team in the nation.”
Additional Comments: “I would like to thank Coach Kelly for all his help communicating with my family and the coaches, Ryan Mc Clernan for his years of helping me develop as a player and person. I would also like to thank all the college coaches who took an interest in me, and my family for supporting me in everything I do.”
