Calverton junior midfielder Brendon Ratigan has committed to play Division I lacrosse at Jacksonville University.

Why did you choose Jacksonville? “I chose Jacksonville for many reasons. The college atmosphere, being in Florida, interested me very much. I was really impressed by the coaches outlook on the program, and their vision for the future of the program itself. There were many aspects involving the coaches and team that impressed me very much.”

Outlook for your High School team? “We are looking good, although we are losing some keys players, we have a lot of talented players returning next year.”
