The Shootout For Soldiers will begin today at 9 a.m. and end tomorrow at 9 a.m. at Boy’ Latin. The 24-hour marathon lacrosse game will benefit wounded American soldiers via the Wounded Warrior Project.
Participants will play during a particular time slot for either of the two teams – Stars or Stripes – with fellow participants roughly their same age and skill. Through the common bond of lacrosse, the goal is to raise significant funds for wounded American soldiers as well as establish a stronger connection with local veterans.
