Boys’ recruit: Loyola Blakefield sophomore midfielder Conrad commits to Virginia

Loyola Blakefield sophomore midfielder Ryan Conrad has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Virginia.

What will you major in/study? Business

Why did you choose Virginia? “I chose Virginia because it not only has great athletics it also has great academics. Since I was a kid I watched Virginia and it has always been a dream school for me.”

What is your HS team’s outlook for next season? “Although we lost up to 20 seniors, our team expects, as it does every year to have a successful season and make a run for the title.”
