Boys’ recruit: Boys’ Latin 2016 goalie Pezzulla commits to UNC

The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland sophomore goalie Jack Pezzulla has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of North Carolina.

Major lacrosse honors: King of the Hill Tournament 2013 All-Star, UNC Freshman and Sophomore Select Camp, Jake Reed’s Nike Blue Chip Lacrosse Camp, Under Armour All-America Lacrosse try-outs, Nike’s inaugural “The Ride” at Nike World Headquarters, Championship Finalist at Brine Summer Sizzle

What will you major in/study? Communications/English/Business

Why did you choose UNC? “I fell in love with UNC the moment I got there, strong emphasis/balance of family, academics and lacrosse, great town, great campus, great facilities strong bond among both players and coaches, great coaching staff.”

Outlook for your High School team? “We are looking strong coming out of a close Championship last season, and with multiple returning players, we are hungry for the MIAA title.”

“I also play soccer for Boys’ Latin School of Maryland.”
