Girls’ recruit: Leonardtown 2016 midfielder Kibler commits to University of Pennsylvania

Leonardtown High School sophomore midfielder Chelsea Kibler has made a commitment to play Division I lacrosse at the University of Pennsylvania and begin the admission process.

What will you major in/study? Business and Mathematics/Wharton

Why did you choose Penn? “It was at the top of my list in every category- academically (Wharton), the location and the campus (especially Penn Park and Franklin Field). I wanted a team and coaching staff that truly values and expects success on and off the field. After I spent time with the team and coaching staff, I knew I found my home.

“In my mind and my parents, it was a perfect fit so I felt comfortable and excited to commit to the application process early. I already feel as though I am an extended member of their family!”
