TOWSON, Md. – Below are 10 “Players that Impressed” at the Autumn Gold Lacrosse Showcase Saturday and Sunday at Towson University.

Justin Inacio, Hill Academy (Ont.), Edge 2017, Midfield/FO, The Hill Academy continues to churn out incredible lacrosse players and Inacio is one of them. Great hands and very quick at the face-off X. Very dominant. Inacio is committed to Ohio State.

Barrett Sutley, Crabs Lacrosse 2016, McDonogh (Md.) Midfield, Sutley has a great game, making smart decisions with the lacrosse ball. The Penn State commit is quick and has a high Lax I.Q. to help him grow towards the next level.

Jake Jones, Leading Edge 2016, Midfield, Hunterdon Central (N.J.) Jones has the tools to be a great lacrosse player. He exudes confidence on the field and makes smart choices when he has the ball. Very impressed with Jones’ game. Committed to Bryant University.

Reid Patton, LaxFactory 2016, Midfield, Poolesville (Md.) Patton has good positioning on defense with the short stick. The junior middie has quick feet and good fundamentals.

Nick Diaco, Shamrocks 2016, Defense, West Deptford (N.J) Diaco makes good up the field clears. The junior long pole makes some great checks and doesn’t get beat often. Very impressed with this kid.

Tyler Gilmore, Crabs Lacrosse 2016, Goalie, Queen Anne’s (Md.) , Gilmore had the play of the game against Leading Edge, as the junior goaltender decided to clear the ball up field on his own and found a clear lane towards the cage and buried a shot past the opposing goalie for the score. Very good hands and moves well around the crease.

Matt Pollack, Colorado Academy (Colo.) Denver Elite 2017, Attack, A very outstanding attackman with a shifty but quick game around the cage. He gives defenders fits.

Steven Shollenberger, Crabs Lacrosse 2016, Bullis (Md.) Attack, Shollenberger is a threat whenever he gets the ball. He has great instincts and dodges well towards the cage.

Paz Gismondi, Shamrocks 2016, West Deptford, (N.J.) Midfield, Gismondi is aggressive when he dodges to the net, not caring about any defensive pressure. Has a bulldog mentality. He scored a great goal in the game against LaxFactory where he just plowed through defenders.

Joe Patti, Chesapeake Rock 2016, Hereford (Md.) Defense,
Patti is a beast when working around the crease. He has good fundamentals and lethal checks on attackman that he’s facing. The Towson University commit definitely has the DI stuff.
