Damascus 2016 defender Ally Anderson has committed to play Division III lacrosse at the United States Coast Guard Academy.

Major lacrosse honors: Navy lacrosse camps, Maryland lacrosse camps, Maryland Scholar Athlete, division champion, sectional champion

Academic honors, service projects: National Honor Society; National English Honor Society; County SGA; School SGA; Honor roll every quarter; DHS Distinguished scholar award; Intern for Congressman Van Hollen.

What will you major in/study? Government

Why did you choose the school? “The Coast Guard will give me the most opportunities after graduation, and I get to have a direct impact on our country’s security. Plus, I get a full ride and get paid to go to the academy by the government!”

Team’s highlights from 2015 season: Division Champs, Sectional Champs, and we made it all the way to Regionals.
