South River 2017 attack Caroline Kerr has made a verbal commitment to play Division I lacrosse at Mercer University.

What will you major in/study? Undecided

Why did you choose Mercer? “Mercer is the perfect location for me with a great academic program and lacrosse team. Coaches (Samantha) Eustace, (Sara) Kuhlman, and (Kerrie) Brown were very supportive through the recruiting process. I cannot be more excited to become a bear!”

HS team’s outlook for 2016 season? “Our team is a great group of girls who work well together and a coach that knows the game. I believe we will go far this year.”
